How many accounts can I have?

However, any member who is found to use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage during an auction will have their accounts suspended and winnings withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, no member is allowed to create endless multiple accounts just to utilize the free bids on auctions. Anyone found abusing the system will have their winnings withheld.
What's next after winning the auction?
After winning, you will need to purchase the item. Click on the User button at the top menu and go to Won Auctions to pay for it within 28 days. Once you have won an auction, we will purchase the item directly from merchants and have them delivered to you. On average, most items will be shipped to you within 14 days. In the event that the item is out of stock or in high demand (e.g. a newly launch product), delivery may take longer.
Why is the item I received not sent by iBids.SG
iBids.SG provides free shipping for all items. If you are located in countries other than Singapore or Hong Kong where our offices are, we will utilize 3rd party online shopping websites located in your country such as Amazon and eBay to have the items shipped to you. This greatly reduces shipping time and you get your item much faster.
Why is the price of the item listed on your website different from retailers?
The prices of items on iBids is correct at the time when they are put up on the website. At times retailers may give discounts and prices may vary.

You can win up to 12 auctions within 28 days so as to give everyone a fair chance of winning.
Why did the time on the countdown timer increase?
The countdown timer will increase 20 seconds for every bid. The more bids there are, the more the time will increase. In effect, this is what separates iBids from all other auction websites.
